Responsibilities
1. Territory Technical Operation
-Establish a robust technical operation to support MEA business success.
-Maintain localized product & technical assets, establish guidelines for technical service and partner enablement.
-Organize training sessions to improve the product and technical expertise of the team.
-Support marketing activities, contribute to product-related marketing and technical content.
2. Channel Technical Enablement
Carry out structured training and certification strategy for partner technical enablement, systematically strengthen regional partners pre-sales and post-sale capabilities.
3. Customer Technical Support
Carry out technical service strategy to AEC strategic customers.
Covering the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales consulting and demonstrations, in-sales evaluation, to post-sales implementation and support.
4. Product Application & Promotion
Bridge product innovation and real-world application, translate local AEC market insights into actionable product and solution improvements.
Take lead of customer technical implementation in new product piloting projects.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, urban planning, surveying & GIS, or related AEC industries.
Bachelor or above in a relevant discipline.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD.
-Hands-on experience with Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, or other industrial software is required.
3. Experience in team management or project management.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in English.
-Arabic communication skills are a strong plus.
5. Prior experience working with or for Autodesk, Bentley, Dassault Systmes, or their authorized distributors is highly preferred.
