Job Title: Technical Support
Department: Information Technology
Location: Abha & Khamis Mushait – Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to join our team and support retail technology operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems and related peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support CCTV systems and network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points)
• Manage internet connectivity and coordinate with service providers
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and business applications
• Monitor and maintain WAN, VPN, and site connectivity
• Support new store openings and system implementations
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and system documentation
• Handle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Technical Support in the retail sector (required)
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, CCTV platforms, and networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing tools
• Good communication skills in Arabic & English
• Willingness to travel between locations
• Valid driver's license
