Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing technical challenges, documenting issues, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Experience in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in healthcare or clinical software support is a plus
