We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our software company that provides solutions to the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in technical support and a strong interest in working with restaurant management systems.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist customers with system usage.
- Install, configure, and update the company's software solutions for clients.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Document all support cases and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in testing new software releases and reporting bugs.
- Offer basic training to clients on system features and functionalities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Up to 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with POS or restaurant management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
