Job Description

  • Providing service and support to all end users.
  • Publish and distribute updates, patches, and service packs based on change requests Approved for end-user devices.
  • Utilize the current service management system and update the service desk on tickets Customized.
  • Install and configure new end user devices
  • Providing the service in transporting end-user devices from one location to another at the headquarters.
  • Transportation and installation from one site to another.
  • Mobile application support level one
  • Field engineers are required to be able to communicate in both Arabic languages and English

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in technical support and service
  • Field engineers are required to be able to communicate in both Arabic and English
