As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide reliable technical assistance to internal users across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Set up and support networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Handle internal technical support requests and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and user accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain system functionality to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide support to employees and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
  • Follow up with users to ensure first-call resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize administrative tools and internal systems to manage and resolve support cases.
  • Maintain proper documentation for technical issues and resolutions.
  • Support IT infrastructure maintenance and assist in implementing new technologies when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 3 years of experience in technical support within a medium to large organization.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems, applications, and modern IT technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • MCSE or MCITP certification is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
