We are seeking a Technical Systems Engineer who can develop, optimize, integrate, and oversee these systems while supporting the organization's long-term digital roadmap and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a highly technical professional who is comfortable building structured systems, integrating them into a cohesive digital infrastructure, optimizing digital assets for performance and search visibility, and coordinating external vendors when required.
You will be responsible for:
- Architecting and developing Zoho CRM workflows, structures, automations
- Developing and managing Webflow websites and platform logic
- Executing and maintaining technical SEO across all properties
- Implementing AI-driven SEO optimization strategies and structured data frameworks aligned with modern search algorithms (including AI-powered search engines)
- Maintaining integrations and automation between core systems
- Coordinating vendor-led cybersecurity implementation and monitoring
- Managing external technical projects to ensure alignment with internal architecture
This is a hands-on senior role requiring ownership, system thinking, and the ability to build and maintain scalable digital infrastructure for a fast-growing global education company.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Architecture & Development (Zoho)
- Develop and own the full Zoho CRM structure (pipelines, modules, workflows, automations, layouts, permissions).
- Create and maintain Deluge scripts, API connections, Engineer routing, scoring systems, and dashboards.
- Build and maintain integration between CRM, Webflow, and other core systems.
- Establish long-term CRM scalability, data governance, and documentation.
- Ensure clean lifecycle tracking and reporting across territories.
2. Webflow Platform Development & SEO Optimization
- Build and maintain Webflow pages, CMS structures, and logical frameworks.
- Connect Webflow forms and workflows to CRM and automation pipelines.
- Implement performance optimization and best practices.
- Add custom code when required for advanced functionality.
Technical SEO & AI Optimization Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits across Webflow sites.
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, structured data (Schema markup), and crawl logic.
- Implement on-page SEO standards (meta structure, canonical tags, H-tag hierarchy).
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing controls, and Search Console.
- Develop scalable SEO structures for multi-location and multi-program growth.
- Ensure SEO best practices are embedded into Webflow builds from the ground up.
- Implement AI-focused SEO strategies to optimize for AI-powered search engines and generative search experiences (e.g., AI Overviews, conversational search results).
- Structure content and schema to enhance discoverability in large language model (LLM)-driven search ecosystems.
- Develop entity-based SEO architecture to strengthen semantic authority and topical depth.
- Optimize content frameworks to improve visibility in AI summaries and answer-engine results.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for content analysis, keyword clustering, competitive gap analysis, and predictive search modeling.
- Establish structured data strategies aligned with emerging AI search ranking signals.
- Continuously monitor algorithm updates, including AI-influenced ranking changes, and adapt technical strategy accordingly.
3. Automation & System Integration
- Maintain and optimize integrations between CRM, Webflow, and other core tools.
- Create and manage secure API workflows, webhooks, and automation systems.
- Document system maps, integration flows, and SOPs.
- Ensure stability, scalability, and efficient data flow between platforms.
(Advanced AI development is not required; automation experience is preferred.)
4. Technical Project Execution
- Translate business requirements into technical scopes.
- Lead coordination with outsourced development partners.
- Oversee timelines, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure new tools and systems align with the core architecture and avoid fragmentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related.
- Deep expertise in Zoho CRM development (automation, Deluge scripting, pipelines, API, permissions).
- Strong Webflow development skills (CMS, custom code, integrations).
- Proven technical SEO expertise (site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, indexing control).
- Strong understanding of AI-driven SEO, semantic search, entity optimization, and generative search ecosystems.
- Experience building integrations and automations across platforms.
- Strong understanding of system documentation and architecture planning.
Additional Advantage
- Exposure to lead-generation technology and CRM-driven marketing.
- Understanding of paid ads ecosystems and tracking.
- Basic scripting or automation experience (Python or similar).
- Experience working with external cybersecurity vendors.
Soft Skills
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and independent.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage complex technical projects without supervision.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic) are an important advantage.
