We are seeking a proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in English to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT-related positions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, network/security engineers, IT support, presales engineers, etc.).
- Source candidates using multiple channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews in both French and English to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a Plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
