Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing for technical positions with a focus on both soft and hard skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders effectively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication in a global environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
