Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Source candidates using databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market insights.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data protection regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (25 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably technical and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies is a plus.
