Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves executing the full-life cycle recruiting process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring pipelines. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements for IT positions, ensuring the acquisition of talented professionals to support organizational needs. Additionally, collaboration with the HR team to maintain compliance with recruitment standards will be required.

Qualifications

• Technical Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and understanding of the IT talent market
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and efficient candidate sourcing
• Skills in Interviewing and assessing technical candidates
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes and collaboration with hiring managers
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage multiple recruitment projects
• Prior experience in IT recruitment or technical specialization is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
