Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring needs on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical recruitment and hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technology professionals across different functions. This role will focus on attracting high-quality technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data, IT, product, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Support offer process, salary alignment, and candidate closing
- Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and local labor regulations
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring insights
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong background in tech hiring and understanding of technical roles and skill sets
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
