Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Cairo, Egypt (Specify if Maadi, New Cairo, or Smart Village)

Work Model: Hybrid / On-site

Experience Level: 3- Years

Role Objective

As an IT Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our hiring goals for tech talent in Egypt and New Cairo region. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-demand roles such as AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Architects, Dynamics and Full-Stack Developers. Your goal is to build a sustainable talent pipeline that supports our digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from initial briefing with hiring managers to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize specialized platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter) and advanced Boolean search to find passive talent.
  • Technical Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess both technical competency (understanding frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, or AWS) and cultural fit.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Cairo's tech salary benchmarks and the brain drain trends to ensure our offers remain competitive.
  • AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI-driven ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing agents to automate administrative tasks like scheduling and initial resume parsing.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company at local tech meetups (e.g., Cairo Tech Summit) and universities (AUC, GUC, Cairo University) to attract early-career talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience specifically in Technical Recruitment (Agency or In-house).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to distinguish between different tech stacks (e.g., Java vs. JavaScript) and understand the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Language: Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (essential for dealing with multinational teams or regional candidates).
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for candidate coaching and strong negotiation skills to close hard-to-fill roles
