Job Summary:

As a Technician you play a vital role in the Maintenance and Installation Team, responsible for supporting the maintenance and installation of ATM and SSK hardware systems. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of ATM systems to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Maintenance:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on ATM and SSK hardware systems to maintain reliability.
• Replace worn parts and conduct repairs as needed.

2. Installation Support:

• Assist in the installation and configuration of ATM hardware and software systems under the guidance of the Team Leader.
• Ensure proper setup and configuration during installations.

3. Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose hardware issues and assist in their resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to address complex hardware problems and minimize downtime.

4. Client Support:

• Assist in addressing client tickets related to hardware maintenance and technical issues.
• Provide timely support and escalate issues to higher-level technicians when necessary.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Participate in quality assurance efforts to maintain a minimum of 99.9% uptime for ATM and SSK hardware systems.
• Ensure that maintenance work adheres to high standards.

6. Vendor Communication:

• Collaborate with the Maintenance and Installation Team Leader to report and follow up on client tickets with the hardware vendor.
• Contribute to efficient communication and problem-solving with the vendor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, Additional technical or vocational training related to electronics or ATM technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems and the ability to perform technical tasks independently.
• The ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced engineers.
• Adherence to safety and security procedures to ensure the proper functioning of ATM machines.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and work in various environments, including outdoor conditions.
• Being available for on-call or emergency maintenance.

Skills:

• Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of hardware installations.
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Work Experience:

• .1-2 years of experience in hardware maintenance or a related field
