Technician, Maintenance (Instrumentation)

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for service, repair and maintenance activities of all electrical systems and equipment includingu00A0Instrumentation & Control Systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

u2022 Carry out the service, repair and maintenance activities of all electrical systems and equipment includingu00A0Instrumentation & Control Systems in the Plant, Equipment and Buildings at the multi product depot
and Military Depot in Al Ain region, in accordance with corporate, engineering, and technical standardsu00A0and safety and environmental requirements.
u2022 Conduct regular routine and scheduled inspection and maintenance of all instruments, maintain, record,u00A0and monitor condition continually.
u2022 Carry out maintenance of all electronics equipment, including checking, cleaning, and testingu00A0instrumentation equipment changing fuses and lamps on control panels checking and calibration of
various sensors, transmitters and control valves and recorders etc. check and repair various laboratory instruments troubleshoot PCBs, valves and displays and recalibrating equipment upon completion ofu00A0the work.
u2022 Carry out the instrumentation fault-finding and defect repair of electric, pneumatic, and microprocessorbasedu00A0control and recording systems. This includes checking system changing Printed Circuit Boards
(PCBs), reloading programs on systems, repairing electronic cards in repair shop etc.
u2022 Service all electric, pneumatic, and microprocessor-based control and recording systems as directedu00A0by the Electrical Supervisor.
u2022 Complete the installation and operation of advanced testing equipment, ensuring that the equipment isu00A0functioning per prescribed industry standards.

Training
u2022 Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.

Tool Box
u2022 Maintain all tools, safety gear and equipment provided by company safely and in working condition.
u2022 Arrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition.

Time Management
u2022 Carry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards.
u2022 Inform the Maintenance Supervisor in case additional resources are required to carry out the job withinu00A0the assigned time frame.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
u2022 Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operatingu00A0procedures, modification of functional processes, machinery or equipment.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
u2022 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability
guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
u2022 Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.

Housekeeping
u2022 Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job, in line withu00A0established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.

Reports
u2022 Collect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reportsfor Company Management.
u2022 Provide input for the preparation of Method statements and initiate Near Miss reports

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualification
u2022 Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevantu00A0field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
u2022 4 years of experience in Auto Maintenance in Fuel - Retail or Oil and Gas Industry.
