Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician specializing in Home & Kitchen Appliances, located in Dubai. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various kitchen and home appliances. Key tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, replacing faulty components, documenting repair processes, and providing excellent customer service during service visits. The Technician will also collaborate with the service team and stay updated on the latest appliance technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and replace defective parts and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Test appliances after repair to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain service records and prepare repair reports.
• Explain appliance usage and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Follow safety standards and company policies during service work.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment required for repairs.
• Respond to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Install and commission home appliances at customer locations.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in major home and kitchen appliance repair and installation
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of appliance repair, installation, and maintenance
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle and lift heavy appliances
• Vocational or technical certification is an advantage
