Our client is currently hiring for the position of Technician- Power Tools.
Responsibilities:
. To conduct hands-on-training on both technical and as well as on products using PowerPoint, Video and practical sessions.
. Should be capable enough to shoot video of servicing complicated tools and send it to customers.
. Thorough hands-on knowledge of dismantling tools, removing spare parts, modifications and to assemble the tools.
.Should be technically sound to analyze the product complaints received from the field and reply to customers with solution on a timely basis.
. Should keep records of all the complaints received from the field.
. Should keep track of the performance of the tools given for field trail through the sales team. The evaluation report should be submitted to AGM
