Role Description The Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The Technician will install, service, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, grills, beverage machines, and stainless steel fixtures. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and testing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. The Technician will also handle basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, keep accurate service records, and communicate clearly with customers and the internal team about work performed and recommended follow-up. The role may involve visiting client sites, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with sales or logistics staff to support equipment delivery and setup.
Qualifications

• Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities, including reading simple diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to foodservice equipment, refrigeration systems, and on-site work.
• Ability to document work clearly, maintain service logs, and follow maintenance schedules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam, including visiting customer locations as needed.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial kitchen equipment or HVAC/refrigeration service is an advantage.
• Capacity to lift and handle equipment safely and work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
