BG Global is hiring experienced Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical, and Mechanical Technicians for opportunities within the starch manufacturing industry in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
- Inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, and company maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial plant equipment.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and industrial operations.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
