Technicians - GPS/Telematics/Fleet Management Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technician (GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management Products) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of GPS tracking, fleet management, and telematics devices in commercial vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are installed correctly and are fully operational, providing critical support to our clients across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional and efficient installation of GPS, IVMS, and other telematics devices in a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy machinery.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair of installed devices to ensure continuous functionality.
• Configure devices and systems according to client specifications and technical requirements.
• Ensure all installations are completed with high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards.
• Provide basic training and technical support to clients on the use and features of our devices.
• Collaborate with the technical support and project management teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service activities.
• Travel to client sites throughout the Eastern province and other regions in Saudi Arabia as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical certification in electronics or a related field.
• Experience as a technician, specifically with the installation of GPS, telematics, or fleet management systems.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency in using a multimeter, soldering iron, and other standard electrical tools.
