Techno-Functional Consultant - Property Management

We are looking for an experienced Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant to support and optimize LEMS (Lease and Estate Management System) and its integrations with Oracle Fusion Financials.

The role bridges Property Management, Leasing, Finance, and IT, translating business requirements into effective system solutions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end leasing processes, including prospect management, unit allocation, lease creation, renewals, amendments, terminations, and tenant move-in/move-out.
• Configure and support contracts, billing, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges, and property expense allocation.
• Maintain LEMS master data, workflows, business rules, approval processes, roles, and access controls.
• Support Oracle Fusion Financials integrations across GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, and Subledger Accounting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and vendors.
• Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, data migration, integration testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports, reconcile system data, and provide user training and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in property management systems, real estate technology, ERP, or related environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on LEMS experience.
• Proven expertise in leasing, contract management, billing, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges, and property expense configuration.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, financial processes, budgeting controls, and ERP integrations.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, reporting, data migration, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience within a real estate or property management organization.
• Experience integrating LEMS with CRM, payment gateways, and document management systems.
• Exposure to large property portfolios, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
• Relevant Oracle, ERP, Business Analysis, or Project Management certifications.
