Techno-functional expert / Treasury Technology Program Leader

TMC Middle East is looking for the Techno-functional expert / Treasury Technology Program Leader to join a leading bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

- Architect and optimize FX pricing engines, OMS/EMS platforms, and trade lifecycle workflows to improve execution efficiency and reduce operational risk

- Lead end-to-end digital treasury transformation initiatives, including system integrations (Murex, Finastra, Reuters Dealing) and process automation

- Act as SME for eFX workflow optimization, order routing, trading protocol integrations, and compliance traceability

- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across trading, risk, technology, and compliance teams

- Oversee UAT, BRD documentation, change requests, and Agile/Waterfall project delivery across treasury technology programs

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in treasury and FX technology, including hands-on experience with Murex Treasury Management Suite

- Strong understanding of FX products: Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Cross-Currency Swaps, IRS, and OTC Derivatives

- Proven project management skills across Agile SCRUM and Waterfall SDLC methodologies

- Experience with market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv/Reuters) and trading tools (360T, CCIL)

- Background in banking is essential; Big 4 consulting experience is a plus
