Technology Delivery Manager - Temenos TAP

Role Overview

Lead and deliver Private Banking technology projects that meet business goals, quality standards, and deadlines. Be the main point of contact for technical teams, working closely with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth project delivery, strong governance, and effective risk management.

What you'll do:

• Deliver technology projects from start to finish, ensuring results match strategic goals and timelines.
• Serve as the main link for technical teams across all project stages.
• Create and manage clear project plans, schedules, and milestones using project management tools.
• Work with teams and stakeholders to ensure strong project governance, clear status updates, and active risk management.
• Spot and manage project risks and issues early to keep projects on track.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and manage resources to help teams perform their best.
• Lead meetings with business, operations, and technology teams for decisions and updates.
• Manage changes in project scope and quickly escalate issues to hit project goals.
• Always look for ways to improve project processes and teamwork.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology projects and full project life cycles (SDLC).
• Experience or working knowledge of the Temenos TAP platform.
• Skilled in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• Excellent at managing stakeholders, communicating, and working across teams.
• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite modules (like TAP Core, OData) is a plus.
