Technology Infrastructure Expert

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides advice in supporting the organization's efforts aimed at improving the information technology infrastructure, optimizing technologies, and supporting programs, applications, and data with appropriate technologies in accordance with the standards and principles of the technical enterprise architecture.
2. Provides advice on designing the organization's physical and cloud information technology infrastructure, taking into consideration cybersecurity policies.
3. Contributes to participating in the preparation of the specifications document for the projects of the Assistant Agency for Information Technology and Digital Transformation.
4. Recommends ensuring the availability of resilience requirements in the digital infrastructure.
5. Provides advice on documenting and updating technical infrastructure data.
6. Provides advice on reviewing the compliance of infrastructure technologies with the standards and principles of technical infrastructure.
7. Contributes to preparing periodic reports on infrastructure technologies, their status, and monitoring their updates.
8. Recommends participating in the design and improvement of the information technology systems/applications lifecycle and supporting them with appropriate technologies.
9. Provides advice on ensuring the alignment of information technology solutions with the organization's objectives.
10. Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and proposals for improving its performance.
11. Contributes to carrying out any other tasks assigned to the department within its area of specialization.
12. Complies with the organization's work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
13. Contributes to preparing periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and proposals for improving its performance.
14. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
