Technology Infrastructure Reporting / KCI & Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage technology infrastructure reporting, KCI/KPI dashboards, compliance tracking, and operational governance. The role will work closely with Infrastructure, Service Management, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Controls teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reporting packs covering platform health, security patch compliance, availability, capacity, incidents, changes, and operational risks.
• Develop and maintain KCI/KPI dashboards and compliance reports, ensuring data accuracy, meaningful commentary, and audit-ready supporting evidence.
• Track key infrastructure controls and compliance obligations, including patching, vulnerability remediation, backup success, certificates, asset lifecycle, and access recertification.
• Monitor exceptions and overdue actions, escalating critical gaps and driving timely remediation and closure.
• Analyze reporting trends, control breaches, and deteriorating indicators to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Service Management, Risk/Controls, and Cybersecurity teams to standardize metrics and align reporting with governance and control frameworks.
• Automate data collection and reporting using APIs, scripting, dashboards, and other reporting tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Maintain data lineage, metric definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and a single source of truth.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for operational reviews, governance forums, and risk/control committees, highlighting key risks, trends, and required actions.
• Manage reporting calendars, stakeholder expectations, and service levels for timely report delivery.
• Ensure reporting complies with internal policies, confidentiality requirements, record retention standards, and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate reporting, evidence, and control documentation.
• Maintain familiarity with system management, endpoint security, and anti-malware products.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Reporting, IT Governance, KCI/KPI Management, Compliance, or Technology Controls.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure operations, IT service management, cybersecurity controls, and risk management.
• Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools, data analysis, and preferably automation using scripting or APIs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical and operational data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting audit, risk, compliance, or governance activities is highly desirable.
