Inspire Selection is a well-established, independently owned boutique recruitment agency in Dubai. We're looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant / Manager to join our high-performing team.

This opportunity is for someone who knows the Technology recruitment market, enjoys building relationships and, importantly, loves the business development side of recruitment.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow their own desk, win new clients and be rewarded for their success.

The Role

• Develop and grow our Technology / IT recruitment desk
• Proactively win new business and build your own client portfolio
• Identify opportunities, open doors and develop long-term client relationships
• Build on Inspire Selection's existing network and reputation
• Negotiate Terms of Business confidently
• Attend networking and industry events
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement
• Source, headhunt, shortlist and close
• Deliver an excellent client and candidate experience
• Consistently bill and grow your desk

What We're Looking For

• 3–4+ years experience in agency recruitment, specialising in Technology / IT
• A proven track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts
• A genuine appetite for sales, networking and developing client relationships
• Strong understanding of the Technology recruitment market
• UAE recruitment experience preferred
• Commercially driven, confident and entrepreneurial
• Gravitas, credibility and excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working independently but also values being part of a supportive team
