This person will work closely with senior sales leaders to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target markets
- Support senior sales leaders in client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and marketing teams to meet client needs
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales support targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or telecom is a plus
