Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers for debt collection.
  • Provide information on outstanding balances and payment options.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the database.
  • Handle routine inquiries and offer support to customers.
  • Follow up with customers on payment agreements and overdue accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Good in English, with written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of debt collection processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Experience

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1+ years of experience in tele-calling or customer service.
  • Experience in a similar field is a plus.
