They follow the British Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and International Pre-school programme.

We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our well-established chain of Nursery/ Early Childhood Centres in Dubai.

About You:

As a Telesales Agent at Jumeirah International Nurseries, you will play a crucial role in the admissions process by contacting parents who have attended tours at our premises. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential parents, follow up on their inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments. Additionally, you will maintain communication with existing potential parents to provide relevant information and ensure a smooth admissions process. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will contribute to the growth and success of our educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Outbound Calls:

  • Reach out to parents who have attended tours.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with potential parents and existing leads in CRM who have expressed interest in enrolling their children.

2. Provide Information:

  • Communicate with parents about the unique features and benefits of our nurseries.
  • Address enquiries related to admissions procedures, curriculum, extracurricular activities, facilities, and any other relevant information.

3. Enrollment Conversion:

  • Persuasively promote the advantages of enrolling their children in our institutions.
  • Effectively overcome objections and concerns to encourage parents to proceed with the enrollment process.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential parents.
  • Stay in regular contact with parents who are considering enrollment, ensuring they receive all necessary information.

5. Data Management:

  • Accurately record and update all interactions and communications with potential parents in the CRM system.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of follow-up actions, ensuring accurate tracking of leads.

6. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the admissions team, Lead nurturing team and the Marketing team to ensure cohesive communication and coordinated efforts to achieve enrollment targets.

7. Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and progress towards enrollment targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales or telephone-based customer service, preferably in an educational or related field.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into enrollments.

Empathetic approach towards understanding parents needs and concerns.

Ability to articulate complex information in a simple and understandable manner.

Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools for managing leads and data.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Fluent in English.
