We are looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join our well-established chain of Nursery/ Early Childhood Centres in Dubai.
About You:
As a Telesales Agent at Jumeirah International Nurseries, you will play a crucial role in the admissions process by contacting parents who have attended tours at our premises. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential parents, follow up on their inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments. Additionally, you will maintain communication with existing potential parents to provide relevant information and ensure a smooth admissions process. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will contribute to the growth and success of our educational institutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in telesales or telephone-based customer service, preferably in an educational or related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into enrollments.
Empathetic approach towards understanding parents needs and concerns.
Ability to articulate complex information in a simple and understandable manner.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar tools for managing leads and data.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Fluent in English.
