Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Ahram for a Tele-Sales Agent. The Tele-Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting academic programs, and guiding candidates through the application and enrollment process. The individual will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve enrollment targets, maintain client relationships, and provide excellent support to potential students. The role involves identifying client needs, explaining features and benefits of programs, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively articulate program benefits and assist individuals through the enrollment process.
- Sales expertise, with proven experience in building client relationships and meeting targets.
- Familiarity with Insurance or other relevant industries is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to participate in Training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
