Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Ensure the product (as per the campaign) is clearly explained to the prospective customer
  • Be fully aware of the product features and benefits.
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions on excel files.
  • Always strive towards meeting sales target
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedural guidelines.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English/ Malayalam/ Arabic / Hindi
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
  • Good problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
  • Adhere to working hours.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
