As a
Tele Sales & Retention Specialist, you'll play a critical role in
retaining clients, handling complex cases, and driving customer satisfaction. Whether it's resolving cancellations, negotiating solutions, or managing high-pressure situations, you'll be the
go-to expert for saving the day!
What You'll Do:
- Customer Retention & Problem-Solving - Handle cancellation requests, complaints, and customer escalations
- Sales & Negotiation - Persuade and retain clients through strong negotiation tactics
- Multi-task & Decision Making - Work independently while making quick, effective decisions
- Reporting & Analysis - Track and analyze data (Excel skills are a plus!)
- Collaboration - Work closely with different teams to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
- Sales Experts - Background in outbound sales, telesales, banking, insurance, loans, credit card management, or medical sales
- Retention Pros - Experience in customer support, back-office, or 2nd line support (preferably in banking or telecom)
- Strong Communicators - Proven negotiation & persuasion skills
- Proactive Problem-Solvers - Independent decision-makers who own their work
- Multi-taskers & Adaptable Thinkers - Able to handle pressure and deliver results
- Excel & Reporting Skills (Bonus!) - Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
- Open to evening shifts (up to 10 PM max)
