Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele sales role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Tele sales team member will contact prospective and existing learners by phone to present Brooklyn Business School's programs, explain course features and benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include managing call lists, following up on inquiries, answering questions about programs, fees, and schedules, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, handling basic objections, and escalating complex issues when needed. Tele sales staff work closely with admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets &maintain high standards of service and professionalism and not needed experience .
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Arabic, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in tele sales, inside sales, or enrollment advising and the ability to meet targets.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term learner relationships.
- Experience in Training or a willingness to learn and apply product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a consistent full-time schedule.
- Prior experience in education, training services, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
