Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Tele Sales Executive. In this role, you will engage potential clients through telephone communication to promote products and services, provide exceptional customer support, and address inquiries. You will manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborative working, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a proactive approach to customer engagement will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Persuasion and sales abilities, with a track record of driving customer engagement and meeting sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining detailed records and managing multiple tasks
  • Customer service experience and problem-solving capabilities to address client needs
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills and CRM software usage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
