Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Representative based in New Cairo. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients, providing information about business travel solutions, and identifying customer needs. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving. Representatives will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

  • Effective Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and promote tailored solutions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Previous experience in the travel or corporate sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
