Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Specialist based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential and existing customers to provide information about products and services. Daily tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, managing and closing the sales pipeline, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales strategies, ensuring targets are met, and contributing to team development and training efforts as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with and understand client needs
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Experience in Training and team support to enhance team performance and sales techniques
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
