This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Supervisor. The Telesales Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of telesales representatives, ensuring performance excellence and the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, providing training and support, handling escalated customer issues, analyzing sales data to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all operations.

• Strong Team Management and Training skills to effectively guide and support team members
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance client satisfaction and resolve inquiries
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and implement improvement strategies
• Proven organizational and leadership capabilities
• Experience in telesales or a similar leadership role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
