Role Description:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
• Explain product, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Schedule meetings and follow up with interested clients
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as aTelecaller / Telesalesor similar sales role
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge(Email, Excel, calling software)
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Fluent in language;English/Hindi (Arabic language is a plus)

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance
