Project Description – Female Telecallers

We are looking for 3 Female Telecallers to join our team in the UAE.

Position: Telecaller

Vacancies: 3

Salary: AED 3,000 per month + Commission

Visa: Candidates must be on a Spouse/Dependent Visa

Location: UAE

Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates currently residing in the UAE.
• Must be on a spouse/dependent visa.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Malayalam/Hindi/Arabic will be an advantage.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Confident, target-oriented, and presentable.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Compensation

AED 3,000 basic salary + attractive commission based on performance.
