Telecommunication Manager at Rashpetco (Shell-JV) Egypt

Rashpetco (Rashid Petroleum Company), a joint venture with Shell in Egypt, is a prominent natural gas producer with a significant presence in the West Deep Marine (WDDM) Concession. The WDDM Concession operates in challenging marine environments with water depths ranging from 500 to 1,500 meters. Rashpetco is known for its expertise in harnessing energy resources in deep marine conditions, contributing significantly to Egypt's energy sector.

We are seeking a full-time Telecommunication Manager for an on-site position located in Dubai. The role involves overseeing, managing, and maintaining telecommunication systems to ensure seamless communication and network functionality. Responsibilities include supervising the design, implementation, and monitoring of telecom infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring adherence to industry compliance and security standards.

• Experience in managing and maintaining telecommunication infrastructure, including networks, telephony, and associated technologies.
• Strong technical skills in network operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless communication systems.
• Proficiency in evaluating, designing, and implementing telecommunication solutions, with a focus on innovation and scalability.
• Organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and projects efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and security protocols in telecommunications.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Telecommunication, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector is a notable advantage.
