We're looking for an experienced Telecommunication Supervisor to oversee telecom operations, network infrastructure, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise telecom operations and technical teams

• Oversee MDF/IDF, structured cabling, wireless networks amp; access points

• Manage installation, maintenance, testing amp; troubleshooting

• Coordinate work orders, contractors, vendors amp; service requests

• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime amp; reporting

• Ensure HSE, quality amp; information security compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in Telecommunications, Networking or ICT Infrastructure

• Previous supervisory/team lead experience

• Strong knowledge of MDF/IDF, structured cabling amp; wireless networks

• Strong troubleshooting, communication amp; team management skills
