Job Purpose:
The Telemarketing Agent is responsible for converting marketing leads and existing patient data into confirmed, attended appointments, supporting clinic revenue growth by promoting treatments, doctors, and offers in a professional, ethical, and patient-centric manner.
- - Contact new digital leads (WhatsApp, website, social media campaigns) within a defined response time
- - Call the existing patient database for reactivation and follow-ups
- - Promote cosmetic, dermatology and aesthetic services accurately
- - Explain treatment benefits, offers, and doctor availability clearly
- - Book appointments according to doctor schedules and daily targets
- - Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural tone
- - Handle objections related to price, fear, and hesitation professionally
- -- Update CRM/HIS system accurately
- - Coordinate with reception and operations teams

- - Outbound calls per day

- Required Skills & Competencies:
- - Strong communication and persuasion skills

- - Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
- - Minimum 1 year experience in medical or cosmetic clinic telemarketing
- - Arabic fluency with Najd accent required; English is a plus.
