Role Description The Call Center Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing daily call center operations and ensuring high-quality customer support. This role includes monitoring incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating schedules, and supporting call center team members in meeting performance and service standards. The coordinator responds to escalated inquiries, ensures consistent phone etiquette, and works closely with other departments to resolve issues efficiently. Day-to-day tasks also involve tracking key metrics, preparing simple reports, and recommending improvements to workflows and customer interaction processes. The position requires a strong focus on customer experience, organized follow-up, and adherence to Medexera's service guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive caller experience.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret call center data, identify trends, and support informed decisions that improve service quality.
  • Candidates should possess People Management capabilities to guide call center staff, support performance feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Candidates should ideally have prior experience in call centers, customer service, or healthcare support settings.
  • Candidates should be proficient with basic computer applications and call center software, and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
  • English Level: B2
