We're looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community.
Responsibilities: -
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- LinkedIn Professional user - social sales, relation/network building
- Calling prospects, send direct emails and perform other lead generation activities
- Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Must be highly and eager to learn
- Professional phone etiquette
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
