Telemarketing Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Dubai. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team. The role includes actively managing call lists and CRM records, tracking call outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. The specialist will respond to incoming inquiries, provide clear information about offerings, and handle basic objections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts, share feedback from prospects, and support campaign execution is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing potential clients.
• Proficiency in sales activities such as outbound calling, objection handling, upselling, and closing warm opportunities.
• Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and confident phone etiquette.
• Customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on building rapport, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive caller experience.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry to track calls, leads, and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and meet call volume and conversion targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
