Role Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executives with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close over the phone. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate, home services, interior and architectural and knows how to convert inquiries into bookings with accuracy, confidence, and a premium customer experience with smart sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain a premium sales experience on every call.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and service knowledge.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer and planning teams to ensure scheduled meetings
• Use CRM tools to track, update, and follow up on leads.

Handle initial discovery conversations with potential clients.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector in UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Arabic & Urdu languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a call centre or telesales.
• Passion for sales and target achievement.
• Strong customer service and sales negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
