Role Description
This is a full-time onsite/remote role for a Telesales Agent. The individual will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote services, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include conducting sales calls, maintaining records of interactions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members. The role also involves addressing customer queries, providing training as needed, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients effectively
- Customer Support experience, with attention to resolving issues and building relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and achieving targets, with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Experience in providing educational and guided tutoring to customers or team members
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service role is a plus
