Telesales Agent

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate should be confident in making calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls and outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone communication
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients
• Schedule property viewings and appointments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience – Mandatory
• Real estate experience preferred
• Cold-calling / telesales experience is mandatory
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Multiple language skills are highly preferred
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Good knowledge of English
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred
