Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telesales Agent to join our team at our Giza location. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, delivering information about our products and services, and addressing inquiries with professionalism. You will actively promote our offerings, provide customer support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with the sales team to optimize strategies and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide a positive experience
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Support to achieve customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives
- Experience in delivering or participating in Training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with a goal-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality or catering industry is a plus
