We are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales / Call Center Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote the company's healthcare services.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable services and solutions.
• Convert leads into appointments and confirmed sales.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth customer service and appointment processes.

• 5+ years of experience in Tele-Sales / Call Center Sales.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility with working shifts is preferred.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
